Need to clarify if this user is looking for data viz or just a clearer way to access services.

"Then I zoomed into one of the "dots" with a "4" in it near Bulls Bay South Carolina. I found good ID information, but could not find my way to any data and that was frustrating. No more time to write more, but happy to chat with someone if my comments don't make sense."
