Came across this while trying to help Chris: The EC election results were published in #253 though @ellisonbg and @fperez are still listed in @jupyter/executive-council team, we thank them for their service in that capacity.

I did not remove them as this message popped up

So either Brian and Fernando can confirm that they won't be impacted by such a removal (I don't know if EC has any private repos), or they can just remove themsleves.

To do

  • Add new members to the github team
  • Remove outgoing members from the team
    • Waiting for outgoing member tasks to be complete before we can do this

Thank you Paul! I appreciate it - I am definitely still "in progress" for on boarding

Brian and I are helping for a little bit with the transiiton while Rick and Chris onboard, just for continuity. We'll go through with the actual removal of our membership in the repos/teams once we've confirmed any tasks that might be assigned to us have been either completed or transferred, to avoid leaving anything dangling.

Thanks - i've added a lightweight TODO list at the top so that we can track this.
