Upgraded from latest Mint 20 to 21. After reboot touchpad had no 'Tap to Click' enabled. Went to System Settings/Hardware/Mouse- Touchpad. No 'Tap to Click in touchpad settings. Tried several things but what finally worked was to disable touchpad in it's settings, reenable it in settings with keyboard, and reboot. then the Tap to Click showed up. It only showed up after a reboot, not just disable, enable.
