I confirm this is still buggy on latest built package from rel/3.3 branch.

@MarcoRossignoli I think this file should be deleted and is causing the issue: https://github.com/microsoft/testfx/blob/main/src/Adapter/MSTest.TestAdapter/RepositoryVersion.cs
