Seems like our top cpptools-srv crash.

Does anyone know a repro?

This doesn't seem fixed still with 1.22.4.

This no longer appears to be ship blocking for 1.22.x

An instance of this was fixed with https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-cpptools/releases/tag/v1.24.0 . We're still looking into the root cause and other potentially cases.
