From RC202403 and newer, the DoT Interface Status report can be found within the Reports module, and within the Health Surveillance grouping of reports available in {{% system-name %}}.

The DoT Interface Status report would be utilized by any client who has the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA)/DOT Interface set-up. The report is run to monitor whether the encounter was successfully sent over the interface.

The below list of columns from the DoT Interface Status report, will describe where the data comes from within {{% system-name %}} to populate the DoT Interface Status report.

  • Encounter ID - Pulls the encounter ID number from the DoT Encounter Exam
  • Patient - Pulls the patient and/or employee name from the DoT Encounter Exam
  • Service Date - Pulls the date and time of DoT Encounter Exam
  • Submitted - Pulls the date and time when the DoT Encounter Exam was transmitted electronically to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA)
  • Status - Pulls the response message from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and the Status of the transmission
