OpenPM Export Future Appointments

How To Run:

You must put a 1 in enter_1_to_run field

4. middle_name: The patient's middle name.
5. birth_date: The patient's date of birth.
6. startdate: The starting date and time of the appointment.
7. enddate: The ending date and time of the appointment.
8. location: The location where the appointment is scheduled.
9. comment: Any comments or notes associated with the appointment.
10. Apt Type: Description of the type of appointment.
11. Resource Last Name: Last name of the resource (provider) assigned to the appointment.
12. Resource First Name: First name of the resource (provider) assigned to the appointment.
13. NPI: National Provider Identifier of the resource.
14. Phone: Work phone number of the resource.
15. WC Apt ID: Unique identifier for the appointment within the system.
