Everytime I have to share a file with some external user, in order to know if the file has been downloaded, I need to create a new share per every user.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to have a feature similar to Dropbox' Docsend: I create a share link and enable the request of the user's email to access; when the user accesses the file he is prompted with an email request where he enters his email (let's sau [email protected]) and I receive an email notification that user with email [email protected] has accessed the shared file.
A bonus feature would be that the user receives via email a new share link, so I can be sure that the email entered is effectivly the one of the user who downloaded the file.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've tried all sharing options and also considered making a flow, but there are no useful triggers.
