Jenkins host: scheduled downtime Sunday June 28 10pm pdt

I will be taking the jenkins host down to expand the disk to remedy recent disk issues due to growth. I will create a separate volume and mount it to /var/lib/jenkins.

The scheduled downtime will be 1h, but I expect it to be done sooner.

Closing; the issue was related to cleanup jobs and backups. No need to modify the vm.
