+1, i agree, since diversity is something that's sort of the "cause" (if you can call it that) of what we're working towards

+1 but please update the charter to include issues around non-US participants and non-native english speakers to broaden the scope to cover all inclusivity issues.

yup @Fishrock123 as per comment in #7 i'll be implementing people's suggestions closing the thread and starting a new issue. this will be included :) (thanks for the reminder tho)
