  • Are you part of a constituency that is not covered?

  • Are you interested in joining a group session to discuss the constituencies and needs?
  • Are you interested in participating in a one-on-one session to discuss the constituencies and needs?

• Want to do both as public survey and then a copy for foundation members

  • use the same questions as the survey, but have second copy of the survey so that
    we know what foundation member responses look like versus the overall community
