when i am installing bcrypt with npm node-gyp rebuild is showing errors

I am trying to install the bcrypt with npm in my app in which node version is v0.10.25 and npm version is 2.11.1. and node-gyp version is v2.0.1 . i am encountering this error could you help me with this. Thanks in advance
