+called, not whether `'finish'` has been emitted and the underlying data
+is flushed.

+Use [`response.writableFinished`][] or [`response.writableEnded`][]
+accordingly instead to avoid the ambigiuty.

+To maintain existing behaviour `response.finished` should be replaced with
