allow user to make one or just two accounts is it possible with lucia?

I am trying to create on webstie with next.js 15.0.4, lucia authentification, prisma for db etc but i want to limit users from creating more than one or two accounts. how do I do it and would lucia would be helpful for this. Can anyone please give me advice?

i am using using typescript will it be same as javascript code (kind of confused)
