Integrated terminal ignores OSC52 clipboard population

Integrated terminals in local VSCode devcontainers support using the OSC52 escape sequence character to populate the system clipboard. This can be verified using printf "\033]52;c;$(printf "%s" "blabla" | base64)\a". However, in Codespaces integrated terminals, nothing happens.

This would be useful for programmatic clipboard population, and tools like tmux.
