Help Getting Approved

Hi everyone,

I had GitHub Education a year ago. This year when I went to renew the automated photo checker system is rejecting my faculty ID saying that "Your document does not appear to indicate you as a faculty member" in the rejection email. My ID clearly lists me as faculty but our school has black IDs with shiny gold lettering so I'm sure it's a problem with the automation. GitHub gives no recourse to ask for a human to review the application. Any ideas on how to proceed?
