Test device:

Phaser version: 3.85.2, 3.86.0, 3.87.0, 3.88.2 and Dev Build (no issue @ 3.80.1)
Chrome version: 133.0.6943.121
Operating system: Android 12
Sandbox: window-size streched earth picture

Test case:

How-to: rotate mobile so orientation change happens between landscape/portrait
Issue: canvas would not fit/resize into window bounds and earth-picture breaks
Observations: scrollbars appear, moving scrollbars fixes the issue
