Description

Description
I've discovered a contrast issue in the VS Code Extensions Marketplace when using the GitHub Dark High Contrast theme. Specifically, text beneath the "Install" button becomes virtually unreadable when viewing the GitHub theme extension. I've noticed several other users reporting similar visibility problems in the GitHub discussions and issue comments.
Reproduction Steps

Technical Details

VS Code: v6.3.4
Theme: GitHub Dark High Contrast

This creates an accessibility barrier for users who require high contrast themes, contradicting the purpose of this accessibility-focused theme variant. Multiple community members with visual impairments have expressed frustration with this issue, as it affects their ability to use the extensions marketplace effectively.

Steps to reproduce

Install the GitHub Theme extension
Activate the "GitHub Dark High Contrast" theme
Open the Extensions Marketplace
Search for "GitHub theme"
Look at the area under the "Install" button - the text has extremely poor contrast
