update profile: email verification issues

current snapshot.

if we activate the verification of the email address for the update profile actions we notice two problems:

1. the URL that is sent via email is wrong. if references
   /public/newuser/ which obviously does not belong to the update profile module
   we cannot figure out which url to use. we tried a shot in the dark using /private/updateprofile instead which leads to an error 404.

2. if we hit the cancel button, in the update user dialogue where we are requested to enter the code we get an error 404 too (guess that /NewUser stuff is wrong):
