Unable to use pypi account, stuck in loop on the same page.

Describe the bug

I just created an account on pypi. However, I am not able to log into my account and use it. Instead, when I try to go to the login page, I end up on the 'generate recovery codes' page (screenshot 1). I then try to go through the process of generating the codes, which takes me to the page with the password request (screenshot 2). When entering the password, nothing happens, the same page just reappears.

Expected behavior

I should be able to log in to my account, set up 2FA, etc.
