Feature request

Claude 3.7 supports reasoning/thinking by allocating thinking tokens. How can we enable it in pr-agent?

Motivation

Enable reasoning could benefit code reviews.

This should have been implemented in #1605 but it's broken by default, see #1605 (comment)
