isPlainObject() util returns is still incorrect

I am glad that this fix was merged(#1075), but it seems to be not perfect.
isPlainObject(Object.create(null))=>true,
isPlainObject(Object.create({}))=>false???.

This is correct in redux's "isPlainObject" function.
