jakarta.inject
As mentioned in #335 I think it time we make this switch.
jakarta.inject is supported in parallel with Guice 6.x.x (which we use) and exclusively supported with Guice 7.x.x).
I think this is a good move since (a) we already made the move to jakarta packages for persistence, and (b) it is the future.
