Custom Layout for CLI

Has anyone had issues using the custom layouts in the JSON CLI method?

I'm struggling to get my custom layout to appear, and it doesnt look like I can use buttons or links for the slack messages.

I have to use the CLI method as I need to collate the results in one singular file as I am sharding my tests in CI.

Seems to be inconsistent in approach between CLI and regular test report mode?
