Description

Notifications are in English and can't be changed (to add custom thresholds for example).

Desired Behavior

As seen in multiple discussions, we are a lot asking for a certain time to change default notifications.
We can have non-English-speaking users, so it would be very very nice to be able to translate it.

Additional Context

Asking for Discord, e-Mail and I guess all others notifications type.
