The topics menu on the left should be collapsible, also maybe add affix (Bootstrap) to keep track of the topic I'm currently reading.

Affix will likely make some menu items unreachable on smaller displays.

would it be possible to have a the affixed menu have it's own scroll bar?
Give it a height of 100vh and scroll vertical.

There are two issues with the current navigation.
a) loose place in nav index when
  i) scroll in content
  ii) follow link in either nav or content
b) loose place in content when trying to browse/scroll the nav

Starting with the documentation for PHPUnit 7.0, the PHPUnit documentation is hosted at https://phpunit.readthedocs.io/.

• The English documentation for PHPUnit is now maintained in the phpunit-documentation-english project
