Consider using the updated syntax file for F# from Ionide-vim #477

The Ionide-vim plugin has recently (6 months ago) updated the syntax for the F# plugin here: https://github.com/ionide/Ionide-vim/blob/master/syntax/fsharp.vim

Perhaps this could be used in place of the current 3 year old file.
