Absolute discount per item not possible

Actual behaviour

If you create a discount promotion which is to be applied to every item with a discount of €5, for example, this is only applied once to the shopping basket.

Here you expect the absolute discount to be applied to each item and not just once to the shopping basket.

Expected behaviour

Hier erwartet man, dass der Absolute Rabatt je Artikel angewendet wird und nicht nur einmalig auf den Warenkorb.

How to reproduce

Create discount promotion with the following discount settings:

• Applied to shopping basket
• Apply to selected products only. -> Define rule for dynamic product group with active articles
• Apply to every product
• Type: Absolute -> Value:5€

Now a 5€ discount should be given on every product, but this is not the case.
