Why not to upgrade to 23.7.0.25.01?

It was released on 4 February and did not exist at the time of the upgrade or when 3.5.0-M1 was released.

Please respect the community’s time and search before commenting on multiple issues. Doing so should have found #44230 which was part of yesterday’s M2 release.
