As a part of CAP-67, and downstream work for unified events, it has been decided that LiquidityPoolHash and ClaimableBalanceIds should get strkey representations

This EPIC is to track the status for strkey support in multiple places - go monorepo, javascript sdk, stellar-protocol (SEP) readme, rs-stellar-strkey repo
