Not Working on Android 14 if not foreground

Hello, I have an html application with nodejs and express on an Android 14 tablet and I run it locally (127.0.0.1:3000). If chrome is in front then nothing works, on the other hand if I display the termux window, the update is done on the html page. Not practical, tell me if you have a solution.
