Description

Because of a recent change by the AWS certificate manager (ACM), the root CA for OIDC endpoint will be changed. Because of this we would see that the terraform plan would show that the identity provider thumbprint has changed. This should be safe to be applied and also the cert/thumbprint change should not impact any existing/new EKS workloads. Creating an issue to create an awareness that this is expected and not worry about.
