As we seen in #1148 https://toxdev.visualstudio.com/tox/_build/results?buildId=1152 it's kinda cryptic why some virtualenv creation failed. Showing it on the output could help quickly identify the issue. We already write the virtualenv creation output to a file, we just need to load it and show it.
