Request to Add Iran ISP IP Ranges to V2Ray Domain List Community

Hello V2Ray Team,

I would like to propose adding a new list for Iranian ISP IP ranges to the domain-list-community repository. This addition would help users efficiently manage traffic related to Iran’s local networks.

Reasons and Benefits:
Improved Traffic Routing – By including this list, Xray/V2Ray users can handle requests related to Iranian ISPs separately, such as routing them directly or through a specific proxy.
Better Performance and Lower Latency – Optimizing routes for domestic and international traffic will lead to lower latency and improved stability.
Enhanced Customization – Having a dedicated list for Iran’s ISP IP ranges allows for more flexible rule-setting in routing configurations.
