I would like to base my party identifiers on the ISO 20022 specification
so that my participant organization could already confirm to ISO20022 standards can more easily integrate
Background
The MSISDN oracle needs to be converted into this generic oracle and to form a new generic oracle repository
Acceptance Criteria
Verify that the generic oracle can handle any party ID types
Verify the generic Oracle can handle more than one party ID type
Verify that the generic oracle has a helm chart that allow to be deployed and configured worth multiple ID types

There are couple of suggestions from me.
The generic oracle should support multiple type of identifiers configured in a single deployment.
For example I may want to deploy two oracles in a scheme. One can support id types MSISDN, EMAIL and PERSONAL_ID. And another oracle may support the id types BUSINESS, DEVICE and ACCOUNT_ID
That means there should be a new column in the database table about id type. Or there can be multiple tables per each id types. We need to take a wise decision on this.
