Save settings in ESLint configuration with Vue UI

Steps to reproduce

Just enter a project, go to "Configuration" -> "ESLint configuration"... try to change a setting... click on "Save changes" button and the button will do nothing...
It will never change in "Refresh" state and if you manually refresh the page all the settings will be gone.

What is expected?

ESLint settings should be saved and persist...

What is actually happening?

Nothing... no settings saved.
