Scope

The yLockers team will oversee...

• yLocker products (yCRV) including YBS and auto-compounders
• yTreasury veToken positions and veBOOST
• yLocker data tools (crv.lol, ybs.wavey.info)
• yFactory (V2 Curve, Velodrome, Aerodrome, and Balancer vaults/factories)
• veFarming strategies
• Yearn's veAERO, veVELO and veRAM positions
• Yearn's involvement with Resupply (and Yearn's 10% allocation of permastaked RSUP)

Plan

The yLockers team are committed to increasing their overall profitability by: growing their current products, expanding their product range, and adding new revenue streams.

The quarter ahead will require a combination of the following tasks...

• Maintaining existing yLocker products and yFactories
• Exploring new opportunities for yLockers, yFactories, and/or veFarming
• Supporting the operation and scaling of Resupply
• Decide the future of yBribe

Deliverables

The following deliverables will be met as part of this plan. All actions taken will be in yLockers' sole discretion.

• Continue yLocker and yFactory product operations/development
  • Ongoing weekly tasks (including optimization of vote incentives)
  • Product marketing
• Continue building and improving yLocker data tools
  • Ensuring transparency and accuracy across all of our products
• Evaluate potential new yLockers
  • No protocols are currently being evaluated but this is subject to change
• Increase TVL in yFactory vaults
  • Consider bringing yFactory to V3 and adjusting fees
  • Decide how (and when) to use remaining yvOP rewards
• Explore veFarming
  • Seek out new potential opportunities as veFarming is currently paused
• Scale Resupply
  • Achieve initial target of 100m reUSD by May 2025 (85m at time of writing)
  • Create Yearn V3 Resupply strategies
• Resurrect yBribe
  • Prepare for a potential relaunch and rebrand of yBribe in June 2025
