utran - ubuntu translator

a simple and easy use translate tool working in linux terminal.

说明：该软件是 UbuntuTranslator 的 C 语言版，但提供了更强大的功能，如本地词库，插件支持等。设计思想及和开发动机可以参考 http://www.oschina.net/p/ubuntutranslator

目的：旨在开发一个在 Linux 下小巧易用的命令行翻译工具。
功能：首先支持中英互译，以插件的形式扩展翻译内容提供商（比如 词海 插件、Google 的插件、星际译王 插件等）。
架构：该工具分为三个部分，已达到松散耦合的目的。详细请看 DESIGN。

优点：
    1、以插件的形式动态扩展翻译内容提供商。接口简单，易于实现。
    2、支持本地查询、网络查询和智能查询三种模式。
    3、智能缓存查询结果，提高查询效率。
    4、工作在命令行，适合命令行爱好者。同时也很方便阅读，这个会在以后提到。
