PolicyConfigurationManager

Previous versions of this sample used a class called the PolicyConfigurationManager. We've since updated this sample to use a better strategy of implementing OpenIDConnect with B2C. If you're a preview customer who has previously used the PolicyConfigurationManager class, this release has the code you should be using.

We do recommending using the updated code if possible.
