Sleeper v1.0.1 (beta)

Sleeper's first release with updated code! Some of the main changes include:

• Support for AirCurve 10
• Support for AirSense 11
• Support for BiLevel VAuto and S modes
• Two startup crash bugs fixed (thanks so much, @kde99!)
• Minor display improvements
• Added approximately 40 tests in an effort to stabilize the application

There are a lot more improvements coming to the application soon.

This build doesn't have an installer, creating one is on the backlog.

Initial version, built from forked cpap-lib code.

Only the ResMed AirSense 10 was fully supported.
