v1.11.5 - Allow downloading of higher quality streams

Added quality option Stream, which allows downloading higher quality videos with auto fallback to normal video download if no streams found.

Code is a bit messy and probably not fitting for master branch so I am uploading it here and feel free to backport it to master branch.
