I am going to make the name change from "Outdated" => "Update Available", but I will add the number suffix at a later time (task here). Adding numbers requires changing the way the entire system works to do everything eagerly, which needs to be considered cost/benefit more carefully. |

Adds "Outdated" tab to filter for installed node packs that have an update available on the registry. Doesn't track Github-installed node packs.
