Reopening as the results need to be evaluated

Most are obvious, but some not, due to lack of IGNS defintions. E.g. is 'reef' a coral reef, or the more general 'marine reef'?

Also some terms still unmapped

The current mappings can be seen here:

https://github.com/EnvironmentOntology/envo/blob/master/src/envo/sources/align-igsn.tsv

Note that the location and format will change (format will switch to SSSOM)

The main columns to look at are 1-4

  • anticline
  • arch (natural formation)
  • arroyo
  • bank (hydrographic)
  • bar (physiographic)
  • bight
  • cape
  • earthquake feature
  • fault
  • fault zone
  • fold (geologic)
  • fracture zone
  • gap
  • gulf
  • gut
  • karst area
  • ledge
  • mineral deposit area
  • playa
  • roadcut
  • sea
  • syncline

I have no idea why some like "sea" were not mapped in the first pass. I think many of these are in ENVO. I just haven't had time to check. We may need to add a few terms
