Commit 24268cc:
cumsum of a row vector returns memory garbage

julia> cumsum([1 2 3])
1x3 Int32 Array:
170745976  170746024  170743075

cumsum is probably obsolete by issue #2204 but I mention it, so it doesnt get lost
