This mostly just adds the ThunkOptions and SchedulerOptions docstrings to the docs, along with some other minor improvements: - Enabled showing docstrings for Chunk and Shared - Added more links to task-spawning.md - Fixed the formatting of the argument lists in ThunkOptions and SchedulerOptions so they're displayed properly.
