REQ: make the mouse-over pop-up show the name of the device + it's value

For the smaller amounts the label is printed in a very small font, in fact it is often so small that it can't be read for the smaller amounts.

Describe the solution you'd like
The mouse-over pop-up currently can be used to get the name of such small amounts. If the mouse-over pop-up could show not only the name but also the value -just like the label itself does-, that would enable us to get the value for such small entries too.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Increase the size of the total graph such that even the smallest values can be properly read often means that the graph has to be enlarged so much that it no longer fits in one screen and one would need to scroll over it to see all of the graph, which reduces the effectiveness of the graph.
