Fixed the header image and added a descrition of ADRs. Some small edits to make the Github Flow explanation clearer

Doc is now correctly formatted again, after unintentinally adding a complete duplicate of the old text version, just by pasting and not checking the result. Fixed now!
Added link for user stories

We need to decide if this document is usefull as a getting started.. what audience it is targeted at and where it should live and be used + be seen |
