Please try v0.2.9.rc2 tag. We won't delete rc (v0.2.9.rc1 and v0.2.9.rc2) tags.

@xianyi I have just tried Julia with v0.2.9rc2 and the tests pass. However, there is still #340. Any chance that you could fix #340 for cgemv before final release?

Because I must write my dissertation, I haven't enough time to play OpenBLAS code this month. After submission deadline (Apr.15), I think I can debug this error.

I will continue working at CAS. I think I can still maintain OpenBLAS in
the future.
