Description:
When bob dials through a webRTC to a specific RestComm application, the application calls alice. If alice rejects the call, RestComm does not send the reject notification to bob, what makes bob keep hearing the ringing signal.

Environment:
RestComm configured with XMS and webRTC.

This issue was only partially solved at 63ef982. The issue was properly fixed at #2271 (#2432 + PR #2420).

Related to #2447.
