This is a good starter outbound, because it requires no oauth permissions.

Two (steps) implementations:

just emit gist content as a message containing code into the room

2.show the gist content in a fly-in editor panel for editing

We need two steps because the bot needs to work with the main branch as well, which has no fly-in editor panel.
